Today’s choice for lunch was Fresca’s Mexican Grill in Tustin California. I first heard about it from my son who raved about the food quality; so today I picked him up and we went to dine.
Fresca’s seems like a normal chain restaurant and has seven locations; however, the food is diffidently not chain store quality. Looking deeper into the kitchen it was obvious that the owners have gone to great lengths to provide customers with healthy food.
Fresh cut lettuce and cabbage. Bright ripe red and green bell pepper, vine ripe tomatoes, 
and Fresca’s uses only lean meats. The meat is marinates in spice blends before charbroiling. You will also find that Fresca’s only uses cholesterol free Canola oil.
Today I tried the #12 Yucatan Fundido. Two grilled flour tortillas filled with lots of chicken & vegetables and topped with jalapeno cream cheese sauce. It was served with Spanish rice and black beans. I thought that this dish was very tasty and to top it off Fresca’s has six different salsas to eat with your meal.
Also order was the #1 Tres Enchiladas. Just as the menu says, “Delicious! Delicious!” You get three, one chicken, one beef, and one cheese enchilada with a wonderful red enchilada sauce. With rice and beans it makes for a great lunch.
At Fresca’s the menu is large and filled with Fiesta Platters, Burritos, Chimichangas, Tortas, Tacos, Antojitos, and all with very low prices. My #12 was only $6.50 and the #1 was $6.95. You can’t find a better meal when you only have an hour for lunch.
In addition to the great food, Fresca’s has a large fresh salsa bar. Six different salsas await your enjoyment. From hot to mild, you will find one that fits your taste.
You might even consider Fresca’s for catering your next luncheon or party. They also deliver!
